Kyle was born in upstate New York. Due to his father being in the United States Army, Kyle moved around the country. He moved to San Fransisco in 1992 and then to the Kansas City area in 1999. Kyle graduated from Olathe South High School, then atteded Johnson County Community College and studied education. After college, Kyle taught Science and Social Studies at an urban Charter school in Kansas City, MO. After three years and much debate, he decided to pursue a career in real estate teaching people how to buy and sell their homes.
Kyle lives with his girlfriend, Kristen in Olathe. In his spare time he enjoys staying active by going to the gym and lifting weights. He also enjoys helping Kristen out at her potrait studio, cheering on the Kansas City Cheifs, grilling and spending time with friends and family.
